"I was with Amber Dean for a year and they raised my rates by $240 a year. I asked them why and they told me that it was a state wide thing. I spoke with several other clients and their rates were not going up. I have no tickets or accidents. I called around and got a great deal through Costco. Saving $900 a year. I feel like I was dealing with Comcast. Raise your rates after a year and they hope you won't notice."

"I have been trying since November to get a Policy issue resolved. I was working with multiple people under Amber Dean on this issue. There have been multiple emails and calls that have been completely ignored and I am still being overbilled for my policy after being told that it was being fixed with underwriting and would be resolved before the end of December. Matt, who has been the primary person working with me on this, also told me that he would keep an eye on my account and make sure my Policy did not get canceled. I was being overcharged and did not want to pay the bill until they fixed the amount. He, however, did not keep an eye on my account and my policy did get canceled, and the policy amount has STILL not been adjusted. I had to pay the higher amount to have my policy reinstated and the agency has still not returned my calls. My next bill has unsurprisingly not been adjusted down either. I previously had an excellent experience working with Amber Dean's agency, but this has put a bad taste in my mouth. I was proactive about informing them of changes throughout every step of this process and it was met with carelessness."

"Sabrina was so easy to work with and she saved us a ton of money which I did not expect. She was pleasant and asked plenty of questions to find the right coverage. I’ve never had insurance with State Farm because they were too expensive.
